Kurt Johnson
Founder and president of The KD Consulting Group, Kurt offers national and international experience to KDC clients. Even before earning his MSAN in Systems Analysis and B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science, he began designing, developing, and installing paper mill control systems throughout the world for Measurex Corporation, notably in Europe and New Zealand. His ten years with Measurex culminated with a three-year assignment as director of the company's European office. Kurt left Measurex to establish The KD Consulting Group in 1991.

Experienced in Php, HTML, Java, Fortran, C, Cobol, and Sculptor 4GL, Kurt has focused on Unix systems as well as Windows Servers. He offers extensive knowledge of inventory control, production scheduling and control, warehousing and shipping, accounting, and database management systems.

The son of missionary parents, Kurt was born in Germany. He is fluent in German and Dutch and speaks French. Kurt and his wife, Melissa live just north of Cincinnati where they enjoy their children and motorcycle riding.

Kurt keeps up with ongoing technology by teaching at Miami University as adjunct faculty in the Computer Science Department.


Paul Jones
KD Consulting is pleased to announce its formal association with Paul Jones, a systems engineer and consultant based in New Jersey.

Paul founded PJE Technology in 1988, specializing in complete systems management for small businesses. Among his clients are Advanced Development Systems, Burlington County College, Sterling Drug Corporation, Gilbane Construction Company, and Delaware Valley Lung & Occupational Health Center.

Paul has worked in the Unix environment, designed CAD system networking and CIM programming, and developed system security measures. He has designed complete office systems including data conversion and provided emergency rescue services for business systems. In addition, Paul has designed Web sites for several small businesses.

A 1994 graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Paul currently is finishing his Masters in Electrical Engineering. He is a bachelor, and enjoys skiing, golf, and fly-fishing.
